Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Fleety, including the Fleety website, trial accounts, subscriptions, and cloud-based rental management services.
Updated on: 16 June 2026
Introduction
Fleety provides cloud-based software for vehicle rental and fleet operations. These Terms form an agreement between Fleety and the person or organization that accesses or uses the service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, the pricing or subscription plan you choose, and any written order, invoice, or agreement accepted by Fleety and the customer.
Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, clicking an acceptance button, signing an order, or using Fleety, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Fleety on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Fleety.
The Fleety service
Fleety helps rental teams manage reservations, fleet availability, vehicles, customer records, payments, reminders, subcontractors, user permissions, statistics, and related operational workflows.
Fleety is provided as a cloud service. You are responsible for obtaining internet access, devices, browsers, and any third-party services required to use the service.
Accounts and administrators
Customer accounts may include owners, administrators, managers, employees, and other users. Administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, setting permissions, and managing account access.
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account, except where unauthorized activity is caused by Fleety's failure to meet its own security obligations. You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Fleety grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal vehicle rental and fleet management operations.
This right does not give you ownership of Fleety software, source code, designs, trademarks, content, or technology.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter into Fleety, the legality of your rental operations, your contracts with renters, your use of payment methods, and your compliance with laws that apply to your business.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your users and administrators use Fleety in accordance with these Terms.
Subscriptions, fees, and billing
Fleety may offer free trials, annual plans, or custom subscriptions. The public Fleety plan is billed annually. Prices, included features, billing cycles, vehicle-count limits, and other plan details may be shown on the website, in the app, on an invoice, or in a written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscription fees are due in advance and do not include taxes, bank fees, payment-provider fees, or other charges imposed by third parties. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying applicable taxes.
- If payment is late, failed, or disputed, Fleety may suspend or limit access after reasonable notice.
- Plan changes, discounts, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the subscription terms accepted by the customer.
- Unless a written agreement says otherwise, setup fees, license fees, development fees, and paid subscription periods are not automatically refundable.
Trials and onboarding
A trial account may be limited by time, features, data volume, vehicle count, or support scope. Fleety may end or limit a trial if it is misused or used in a way that creates security, legal, or operational risk.
Onboarding assistance, configuration, imports, training, or custom development may be subject to separate scope, timing, and fees.
Data, privacy, and customer content
You keep ownership of the business data and customer content you enter into Fleety. Fleety may process, store, copy, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, or as required by law.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to collect, enter, store, and use personal data about renters, drivers, employees, subcontractors, and other people in Fleety. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Restrictions on use
You must not misuse Fleety or help anyone else misuse it.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or provide Fleety as a service to third parties without written permission.
- Do not reverse engineer, attempt to access source code, bypass security, overload the service, or interfere with other users.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or malicious content.
- Do not use Fleety for spam, phishing, fraud, illegal surveillance, or activity that violates applicable law.
- Do not enter personal data unless you have the legal right and required notices or consents to do so.
Third-party services
Fleety may connect with third-party services such as payment providers, email services, analytics tools, security tools, mobile platforms, or other integrations. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Fleety is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep integrations reliable when they are part of the service.
Availability, support, and changes
We work to keep Fleety available and useful, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, updates, security work, third-party outages, internet issues, or events outside our control may affect access.
Fleety may update, improve, replace, or remove features from time to time. We will try to avoid changes that materially reduce the core value of an active paid subscription without reasonable notice.
Suspension and termination
Fleety may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security or legal risk, misuse the service, or if required by law or a competent authority.
You may stop using Fleety or request cancellation according to your subscription terms. After termination, access to the service may be disabled and data may be deleted after a reasonable export, backup, or retention period, unless law requires longer retention.
Intellectual property
Fleety and its licensors own all rights in the software, website, product design, brand, trademarks, documentation, and technology used to provide the service.
You may not use Fleety's name, logo, branding, or product materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership unless Fleety gives written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Fleety is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the service will meet every business need, be uninterrupted, or be free from all errors.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fleety will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Fleety's total liability for a claim will not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Fleety harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your customer content.
Governing law and disputes
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith through direct discussion.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be brought before the competent courts of Tunisia, unless mandatory law requires another venue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our service, pricing, legal requirements, or business practices change. If a change materially affects active customers, we will try to provide reasonable notice. Continued use of Fleety after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
